More On Teachers With Political Agendas

"Derp, derp."

And the beat goes on… From the office of Barack Obama to the unions he’s in bed with; to the union public school teachers, wrapped up nice & tight with a pretty bow and presented to our children as education.

It happens here in tropical Brunswick, Ohio. Here’s another case:

Virginia Middle-schoolers Assigned Opposition Research on GOP Candidates

A Virginia middle school teacher recently forced his students to support President Barack Obama’s re-election campaign by conducting opposition research in class against the Republican presidential candidates.

The 8th grade students, who attend Liberty Middle School in Fairfax County, were required to seek out the vulnerabilities of Republican presidential hopefuls and forward them to the Obama campaign.

Whoa whoa WHOA! You can do this as part of educating our children? What are you attempting to teach them? I know… to be fair and balanced, some of the students were tasked with doing the same opposition research on President Obama, right?

No similar assignment was given to research Obama’s history, identify his weaknesses or pass them along to the Republican candidates.

Dear God…. This is clearly an effort to create the next generation of liberals. What do representatives from the school have to say about this?

Liberty teacher Michael Denman, who declined to comment (ed. – no surprise here!), unveiled the assignment in mid-January when he broke the Civics Honor’s class into four groups, one for each Republican candidate. The students were then to collaborate as a group and research the backgrounds of their assigned candidate.

And the teacher’s boss???

Principal Dr. Catherine Cipperly, who refused to comment….

Again…. no surprise with the lack of comments; y’all got caught red handed! There’s no way the school allows this, right?

A district policy, which addresses employee political activities, states “employees shall not involve their schools in political campaigns, distribute political literature on school property or attempt to indoctrinate students with their personal political beliefs.”

I didn’t read anything about the teacher distributing political literature. He did, however, instruct the students to seek it out… while in class.

In my opinion, this is a clear “attempt to indoctrinate students with their personal political beliefs.”

I’m certain there won’t be discipline for flying in the face of district policy. They should, at the very least, have the students go back and do some research on our dear President…

I’ll continue to combat this crap at home, with my girlies; and encourage them to stay open minded, research everything and form their own opinions & political views.

To help clear this liberal fecal matter out of your brain… here’s some KISS!
